Although we are young and free, we are not that young or that free from some of life's most important situations...

Today I bought two pregnancy tests and paid $10.49. No, not for myself; though I will say I am somewhat flattered that you thought it was for me. It was for a friend...who we shall call "A". Over the past few months, or to be more exact I will say years, "A" has made a variety of actions, in my opinion they're more like mistakes, that have left her living a emotional roller coaster life. To start off, she got a boyfriend, who is not that emotionally attached to her. From there, she began having sex. Then there were the birth control pills. And now, there is the missed period. Now I know that she should not be worried, since she is on birth control, but she still is. Now this leads me to mention that she should consider all her options, since she's only 20, working a "part-time" job, and is going part- time to school. My question is, am I wrong for telling her to consider all her options? Would she be wrong for considering all her options??? I mean, it's not like by saying what I did say, I was signing her up for an appointment at Planned Parenthood. The message that I was conveying to her is that she should really thing about all the possible options that she has for dealing with a pregnancy. I just hope that she clearly thinks about all her options if the situation is pregnancy.

Talk to you later. Let's be free to be you and me; let's be young and free...
