An update.

Now I know it's been months since I've actually written on this, my baby, so I feel like it's time for something of an update.

When was the last time I actually wrote? Was it at the end of last year? I feel like it was. Wow, like over half a year now. I seriously should have posted something by now. 

No, wait! I remember I posted this precious gem back in May because your girl be getting something. (For the record, this may have been a waste of my time. I'm not mad about it, it's just my time was wasted.)

Apart from that, it has been some time since I've actually written consistently. It's not that I have nothing to write about, far from it, I have plenty to write about. And it's not that I am unaware of the fact that I should be writing and posting on my domain, which I happily pay for, I am super aware of this. Here is my deal: I know I should write, and have something to post, but after getting out at work around 5pm, all I can think of is getting back to sleep. 

So I keep putting it off, and putting it off. And some time last week I was sent this very nice email reminding me that my domain registration was about to expire, and I can't really say why, but the thought of letting this happen made me sad. So today, after paying for another awesome year of owning my own domain, I decided y'all deserve a nice little update. 

• To start off, I don't live in LA anymore. I moved to some boonies in northern~ish California and I'm liking it here. It's pretty boring, but then again, so am I. 
• After months of unemployment, I have a full time job which I like. I have a company email and if I pass my probation period I get benefits and sick pay and vacation time. Super awesome. 
• No boys in the horizon. Fuck boys. 
• No pets in the horizon. These are some sad times. 
• At the moment, I don't have any new tattoos, but I do have me a new piercing. (I'll write about this later.)
• I have possibly lost some relationships, but I have also strengthened some that I've had, and I have gained a few, which may be worth more than what I've lost. 
• And I have found a semi-beaten path near a river (a real river!) which clears my mind and reminds me that nature is awesome.

I think this is all I can do for right now. I am aiming to post something once a week, but my ass does get tired af so there is that.
